Cons (-) Hot water was not working at all. Fixed by the morning but too late for evening activities. Nice to have a coffee shop open so early and the pool area was delightful. Friendly staff.

Cons (-) No hot water in the room on Friday afternoon, after a day at the gym, and pool. So we went out to dinner and Clippers game without a shower on Friday night. Cons (-) The staff were poorly trained. We didn't deal with one person who seemed to even act like they cared we were. We travel a lot, and the way the staff behaved put them in the bottom 25% for customer service skills.

Cons (-) A bit overpriced if you ask me. The parking is absolutely ridiculous!!! $42 a night! I've paid less for rooms! For the price you pay to stay here parking should be free or at best a minimum fee for guests since there are no alternative parking areas. Room service, way overpriced as usual but the added fees and taxes are ridiculous and the food is just ok.
