Pros (+) The location was good, especially if you're looking to stay near (but not in) Lorne.
Cons (-) The window in the bathroom was broken and would not close. As a result there were many, many flying insects in the bathrooms and well as two spiders on the ceiling that would lunge after the insects. It was a bit like having the discovery channel inside the bathroom. The fridge needed a serious cleaning and there was an empty wine bottle left in there from a previous guest.
