Pros (+) The breakfast was good, location was handy for the Excel Convention centre
Cons (-) Mattress in room 220 needs replacement (saggy in the middle). Woken in middle of night by screaming that went on for ~20 minutes... not sure what it was.

Pros (+) Very good value and convenient. Good service, free breakfast, good location for ExCel events and airport. A bit inconvenient for visiting central London but otherwise no complaints!
