Pro - Staff was great, room size ample for in-town hotel. Great location near transit and airport connections, 15 min walk to British Museum. Con - Aircon didn't work, not even fan, and couldn't open window due to noise of other aircon units just outside, so room was stuffy. Pros (+) The location is excellent. Friendly welcoming staff. Basic facilities but fine for overnight business or pleasure trips to central London. Good value for money for central London.

Pros (+) The staff were very pleasent and efficient, rooms were OK for London
Cons (-) Unfortuantley the hotel is undergoing renovation at present although there were no sounds of this you could see it, the rooms were tired and needed painting and renovation, the reception was very old fashioned and basic. The breakfast was basic and the breakfast room was functional but I hope that once its all finished it will look and feel a different place.
