Location and Luxury
Perfect location. Central to everything but on a quiet side street. Excellent staff and very comfortable room. Big comfy bed, plenty of fluffy towels.
American Bar very overpriced
Excellent old school luxury with modern flourishes.
For some the slightly stiff air might prove uncomfortable.
Staff was very helpful.
Rooms and hallways in need of paint and new carpet. Room was very small. Dining is in need of rejuvenation.
great service. high standards. helpful concierges. great location. very English.
Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location for the West End, shops and entertainment, location location, location, fabulous bar
Small room, no view and very tight bathroom, and expensive
The Stafford is tasteful, sophisticated, extraordi
Service , service and more caring, friendly service! From the moment I stepped out of the taxi on arrival until I left the hotel everyone addressed me by name with a cheery greeting. VERY comfortable and quiet room with far above average amenities, linens and furnishings. Excellent bar and public areas. I was sorry to leave but I shall be back as this is my new favorite London hotel. BRAVO to General Manager Spencer Yeo . Executive Concierge Frank Laino, Edward and everyone at the front desk plus all the doormen who ran for cabs ( in the rain!) so I didn't have to. I say "Well done" !
Service is fantastic
Failure to have cab ordered on the morning of my departure; I had to wait for one. I think the bar prices are unrealistically high!!
very nice room and comfortable
need a cofe station in room
The welcome from the staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The quality of the rooms was exactly what we expected. The hotel has the feel of luxury from a bygone era.
Good hotel, conveniently located with a certain charm. Excellent concierge and reception staff let down by very poor F & B staff. The service at breakfast was almost of Fawlty Towers standards and there was an unhelpful arrogance to the staff in the American Bar.
Restaurant and bar staff.
Some excellent staff.
Breakfast on day 2 took too long - but quality 100%
Welle quipped rooms, friendly staff and ideally located near piccadilly, 242 hr room service.
no all ok
I hate "Dress Codes" in bars
