Pros (+) This was a very charming hotel. The location was wonderful - only a few blocks from an Underground station and Hyde Park. The staff was great - very helpful and friendly. For example, the "switch" that controlled power to the room would "break" if the bathroom door was closed to hard in our room or a neighboring room.
