Pros (+) The location was perfect!
Cons (-) When we checked in we were told we were given an upgrade. Not sure what that really meant, we were on the basement floor so we had no light, and it was actually quite sunny during our stay in London. ...

Pros (+) Rooms were small but adequate and bed was very comfortable. Great location in Notting Hill. Plus a fantastic pub located conveniently across the street.
Cons (-) Shower is very small, and my sink kept getting clogged. Housekeeping and the hotel were very responsive.
