    Great location. Literally unbeatable.

Fire alarm went off on two consecutive nights at the hotel.

Location was excellent with respect to central city tourist attractions via walking, the underground (The Tube) and the Hop-on Hop-off bus tours. Additionally, the close proximity to excellent restaurants was a real plus.

Having to take the elevator to the fourth floor and then walk up two flights of steps was not very convenient. Also, the restaurants, for dinner and breakfast, were overpriced in my opinion, although the quality of the food was good.

We had a newly renovated room in the 6th floor new wing. It was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but the show was great! The hotel is located right next to Victoria Station so the location is fantastic.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel. It was fabulous!
