The location was excellent. The entrance is across the street from Victoria Station. Great for picking up the Tube and connecting travel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice bathroom with a good shower. The bed was also excellent and the standard room was spacious enough for two.

Pros (+) The location was convenient. The hotel room was quiet.
Cons (-) The bed was awful, felt like sleeping on springs, very hard. The bathroom was a joke. I had to spend time reattaching the bath hardware as it came off when I tried to use it. There wasn't one part of the shower that was acceptable. The shower head wouldn't stand up, pieces were falling off so I had to use it as a hand shower. This hotel is in serious need of updating. Pros (+) close to Victoria Station.
Cons (-) Way over priced room, but very close to Victoria Station. Lobby is dark and depressing, room was better than lobby. clean and comfortable. Problems with shower draining. Breakfast buffet was average, fruit was not fresh.
