A little gem hidden away in South Kensington. Amazing decor and funky rooms. Great, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. We booked up one of the Splash suites which had a jacuzzi, bath and shower!! The room was huge and the decor fun, funky and high end. Altogether a wonderful stay.
Although our room wasn't ready due to a late checkout we were provided with conplimentary drinks while we waited. Was only a short wait. Close to local shops and restaurants. The museum being across the road is an added bonus. The bed was super comfortable. And the staff were really helpful.
No plug next to tall mirror but located one in cupboard. Room was really warm but figured out how to use air con the day we left. We slept with window open and wasnt woken by any noise.
So it’s just opposite the Natural History Museum, which we went to see so it was perfect!. Very clean and great staff.
The location is great!
I booked the apartment and found out it was in the building across the hotel when we arrived. The apartment building is NOT kept clean and it feels a bit abandoned. However, the apartment unit itself was very comfortable. It could use a little more attention to detail.
Beautiful hotel, staff are so lovely , especially lady the the bar., will definitely stay again
Bit loud over night with doors banging and running up stairs . I stayed in drop dead gorgeous suite
