A lovely, quirky hotel in South Kensington. Standard double was small but well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. I loved the fake grass in the elevator, and the Picasso quotes on the wall. I would recommend this hotel.
Room temperature was a bit high and not easy to control.
The hotel was amazing and I loved the room and how it looked, even little things like the lift which was covered in fake grass and had magnets on! It was all really comfortable and I loved the extras around the room and how quiet and relaxing it was. Nice little touch to have a bath and a shower so you get to choose! Loved my stay here, great location to get to places in London!
The Splash Suite is a must for any couple we spent 2 nights in this suite, it was amazing absolutely loved it. The staff dealt with our every need within minutes literally. EXCELLENT SERVICE GREAT LOCATION.
The property could do with a gym and better soundproofing but that being very picky. Love our stay
The hotel was in a great location, tube, restaurants, museums all within walking distance, exceptional service from the staff best I’ve had, very friendly people.
Could do with a gym and better sound proofing. That’s being very picky thou.
Hopeless information when they finaly answers the email with some questions about how to get to the hotel from the airport. They gave the wrong information and we ended up to pay alot of money on taxi. They were not good to give suggestions on what to do.
