Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's exceptional service, with staff described as friendly, professional, and attentive. The location is highly regarded for its convenience, making it easy to explore the city. Many guests also highlight the quality of the breakfast, calling it delicious and satisfying. Cleanliness receives positive mentions, though a few guests experienced issues. However, a recurring negative theme is the noise from trains running beneath the hotel, which some found disruptive, especially at night. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, with many guests eager to return.
