Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near Paddington Station and convenient transport links. The breakfast was frequently described as good or sufficient, with some variety and fresh options. However, many guests found the rooms to be very small and the beds uncomfortable or narrow. The lack of elevators and the presence of many stairs posed difficulties, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was considered a good budget choice for short stays due to its prime location.

Pros (+) Outstanding location with easy access to central London. Reasonable cost. Amazing breakfast buffet.
Cons (-) We have stayed here on numerous occasions in the past. Rooms are not all the same. Sometimes they've been quite exceptional. Other times less so. Overall though, we've never been disappointed.
