We liked that the staff was helpful and the location was convenient.
The steps from the bedroom to the bathroom were too steep. There was no hand held shower in the bathroom and I normally get up quite early and one morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. The room was also too small for presumably 3 people.

It’s quite noisy I had to shut the window - and catering for someone that’s both celiac and vegan even with a months notice !

The breakfast was very repetitive but it was good enough. The bathroom was really pretty and organized. We were really happy that the toilet and the shower are in the same room. It was really easy to get to the center of London due to the very close bus stations.
The hotel isn't designed for summer times because in our room we had no air conditioner nor a fan. It would be really good if in the room there was a microwave and a mini refrigerator. The Cupboard in our room was broken,we asked the staff to fix it and they didn't.
