Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near Hyde Park and public transport, making it convenient for exploring London. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was frequently highlighted as a great value and delicious. However, several guests noted the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and some mentioned small or stuffy rooms and occasional maintenance issues. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a popular choice for visitors.
