Pros (+) The hotel was trendy, modern and comfortable. Located only ten minutes walk to Liverpool Street station the location was very easy to get to and handy to bars in Shoreditch. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful and made the room extra special for my patterns birthday. The room comes with mood lighting, a scent and a Nespresso machine. Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Nothing was to much trouble .
Cons (-) It was odd that we played bar game on the fri evening and my husband was given the sliders no problem, but when our guest (who was staying in the hotel too) went to play on the sat night he was asked to leave a £10 deposit .

Pros (+) After reading so many reviews I was expecting bit more from this hotel. I felt like its somewhere between 4 star to 4.5 star hotel. I didn't have too many complaints, everything was smooth from check in and out taking only 30 seconds to comfortable beds etc but i think having lived in other 5 star hotels it felt like little bit less than I was desiring for.
Cons (-) The room was clean but may be the room layout was not up to my liking. I felt it was darker with less lighting and dark layouts
