Cons (-) First point, when I arrived to the reception I asked the customer service lady about types of room she answered: no madam no room available, everybody came today I transfered them to my sister hotel!! Or If you want I can give you standard room for £650 per night !!! At the same time, I booked through Kayak app and I found it for £450 per night ..
