Nothing it was horrible experience
The room, the staff
Cheap for London, very good position, close to train and good restaurants.
Bathroom smelled from drain quite bad, bed very hard.
Size of rooms, the rooms were dirty, they didn’t bother to clean it one day, windows didn’t fit so couldn’t be closed,tv was naff, light fitting didn’t work, noise from all the residents was terrible, will never stay again.
Great location and friendly/helpful staff. We asked for a different room due to noise as I'm a light sleeper and they happily changed our room immediately after check in. While the breakfast was the same every day (ate 4 consecutive days) it was pretty good for Continental breakfast.
The room was not really all that clean. The bed was equivalent to a spring board with a thick cardboard layer and a couple of thick blankets. The room was tiny for 2 adults with large suitcases (barely enough room to walk around the room). The room size was hard to judge on the website or I probably would have found larger. The shower was a 2'x2' square and the shower door didn't close all the way making showers difficult. The water temperature fluctuated from cold to boiling and back without touching the adjustment on the sink or shower. I got burned in the shower on my chest making it red after being in there a few minutes due to a sudden temperature fluctuation (without cause by anyone in my room).
Close to underground. Breakfast
No air conditioning and ventilation in washroom
