Location is convenient
The bathroom. Water didn't go away, everyday is like swimming in the shower. The charge is broken was told a new one is on the way to be delivered but after my check out. The room was not cleaned the second day because the leaves were still on the ground. The breakfast was sad.... The bed is not long enough, I am 1.72
The hotel is well located close to the Tube. It’s a fairly typical London Town House Hotel. Rooms are very compact and the bathroom is equally small, old fashioned, noisy because of a pump facility. The kids loved the mezzanine type feature in the bedroom and the room was very quiet. Lounge upstairs is a nice idea, although the coffee left a bit to be desired! Staff were very friendly and kept our luggage for the morning at no extra charge. All in all it represented great value for a short trip to London.
Good location. Situated along the Picadilly Line so coming from Heathrow is convenient
Room is small and basic. Though there is lift, still need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Pretty tough if you have large luggages.
the staff was very nice and helpful. Location was great. Room was clean and warm.
the breakfast was good but there were very little options to choose from. Coffee was nice.
Only thing I liked was the location.
Really basic and not what I was expecting for this price. Not too clean either. Very old, no perks.
