Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern, great for business travelers, nice lounge and hours that they were open. Close to pubic transport both over and underground

Staff , location , rooms , restaurants
Comfortable beds. Very nice bathroom and shower. Very nice restaurant, food was excellent. Friendly and accommodating front desk
Location of the hotel. Neighborhood feels unsafe.
Good London location
Liked everything about hotel except Pool access was not ideal. We were there for liesure and have 3 kids, teen and pre-teen age. If we're a couple or business traveler would not be an issue. Staff was great.
Not clear that you have to exit the property to use the pool- wound up with 2 very cold little girls walking down the street in their bathers.
