Very helpful staff and location was perfect
luxury hotel for a reasonable price in the heart of London. Staff were attentive and helpful. Loved 10 degrees bar and Podium
seem to have been overcharged which I will now have to look into which has left a slightly sour taste
Location / rooms/ view
I wanted a higher floor room they have told me we will change it but they didnt
breakfast. front desk was very nice. Room service was excellent. the housekeepers were very nice, but cleaned the minimal.
the room needs to be redone. the paint on the molding is cracking, the furniture is very old, curtains stained.
