Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, with many noting its proximity to key attractions and public transport as a major advantage. The value for price is also mentioned positively, especially compared to other options in the area. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and lack of proper housekeeping. Bed comfort is another issue, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable. Service experiences are mixed, with some guests encountering unhelpful staff or booking issues, while others found the staff polite and responsive. Overall, the location and price are the main highlights, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement.
