Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to public transport and local amenities. Many appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, towels, and bathrooms. Bed comfort was another common concern, with guests noting uncomfortable or worn mattresses. Room size was also mentioned as a drawback, with some rooms described as small or cramped. Overall, while the location and service stood out as positives, improvements in cleanliness, bed comfort, and room size would enhance the guest experience.
