Pros (+) Good location, and for a busy area of London a quiet hotel
Cons (-) Note on reception mentioned about replacing mattresses, either my room had not yet been done or the replacements were not very good. Also as a 3rd floor room the bathroom had a sloping roof so it was not possible to stand in front of the sink.
