Great location to get to the Tube, easy to find. Car park at the property is handy, first-come first-served (we got lucky). Comfortable warm room, nice toiletries and tea/coffee supplies.
Be aware of limited parking onsite - the alternative is street parking in the surrounding areas. Risk of being blocked in if people don't park considerately (we thought we were blocked in when we were ready to leave, but managed to manoeuvre out). Also be aware there's no lift - not a problem if you're fit and well, and we were offered help with our bags.
Staff are really friendly and property is very clean
Great customer service - we noted that one of the guests had a special birthday and was surprised to have a birthday card and cake waiting for us on arrival! A brilliant touch that went a long way.
Nothing - great value for money.
Fabulous rooms friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds ! Would definitely stay again.
Location, in-house restaurant is excellent, reasonable price. Comfy bed and stylish room.
The noise from outside could be heard clearly from inside the room
