The location was great. Close to Queensway station on the Central line and a reasonable walk to Paddington Station. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The bar on site is situated in the lower ground floor and was closed by 11 so no chance of a night cap. Breakfast wasn't included in my stay. It was an extra 10 pounds. You can get a very good breakfast in a lot of London restaurants for 10 pounds.
Excellent location, helpful staff
Looks uncared for. No where near the 4* or looks on the website! This is 2* hotel. Fire doors don't close due to v poorly laid carpets.. there are NO facilities as described.
I didn’t it was a horrible stay!! The staff were rude and the room was disgusting and now after trying to sort It out with the hotel and manger who is impossible to speak to, still Haven’t been resolved and was over 4 weeks ago!
On Friday the 20th December myself and my boyfriend stayed this hotel, and had quite a poor experience. To start with on arrival we were checked into a twin room instead of the double we booked, thankfully your receptionist managed to move us to a double room, but still had to move all our suitcases. Secondly on arrival into our new room we noticed clumps of dust and nail clippings on the floor next to our bed. Also the bath tub was smashed and falling off and had very sharp edges so was quite dangerous. Finally the main mirror had Stains / smudges underneath the mirror. I have attached some images of the evidence of the poor room state. During the night the room was exceptionally warm and effected how we slept, on attempting to turn the radiator off the dial would just spin so was unable to turn the heat off. So didn’t sleep well at all. After waking up from our restless sleep I wanted to use the hairdryer but unfortunately this was not working, luckily my boyfriend managed to source another one from the reception desk. On checkout we reported the following issues to the receptionist and his response was “sorry about that” we feel like after spending £70 to stay in your hotel we should of had a much better experience than what we did.
Very clean and comfortable
No toilet brush there.
The location is AWESOME.
The internet didn’t work properly. The pressure in the shower was really so low. The pool and sauna weren’t working at the time. It isn’t a 4 star hotel to be honest. And you pay for the location only.
