Pros (+) The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. It has close proximity to many tube stations, which makes getting around easy. Hyde park is really close by and is super beautiful. Back to the hotel,...

Pros (+) The manager, once on duty, promptly arrange to have our room moved to a cleaner larger room that did not have mold. It has a good location close to a tube station.
Cons (-) The room we initially received had no internet connection and was covered in black mold. We arrived late in the evening and there was no manager on duty to assist us until the next morning the hallway...

Pros (+) Great location near the Tube and Hyde Park, I would stay here again if given the chance. Staff was great.

Pros (+) Quite convenient, nearby tube station and buses to major attractions are quite frequent as well. Breakfast included which was nice.

Pros (+) Moments from Kensington Gardens, quiet, clean, friendly multi language staff, reasonably good English breakfast, good value for three nights. Recommended.
Cons (-) As always the case, a small room, poor wifi, mediocre quality TV and bathroom equipment, no fridge or minibar, no air con.
