Friendly and helpful staff and old world furnishings. The location in West End/Soho made it perfect for walking to most locations in NW London.

It was a great place for a romantic weekend; wonderful surroundings with antiques and old books and a comfy library where we sat for a drink from the honesty bar. A rather grand home from home!
There was some noise during the night from a nearby nightclub, so next time I book I'd ask to be on the other side of the hotel, but I think some noise is to be expected in London and it didn't spoil our stay.

Being able to smoke in room. Very relaxed and quite hard to believe that you are in Soho
Did not feel that the room matched description. No tea & coffe making facilities. The stairs are a challenge when you are at the top of the house.
