Pros (+) Location is excellent for exploring Hammersmith area and accessing Picadilly line for Heathrow airport. Nice staff. Clean and crisp bed linens.
Cons (-) The place could use a refresh. The walls of the room were covered in scuff marks and the carpet looks old. There was no air conditioning, which isn’t normally a problem in London but made for a very hot and stuffy room during the summer.
