Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. The breakfast is often described as good or adequate, and many reviewers appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, including reports of bed bugs and general lack of hygiene in some rooms. Bed comfort is also a common issue, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable or poor-quality beds and sofa beds. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, improvements in cleanliness and bedding are needed.
