Location, size and cleanliness of the room
The room is small and the building is old. Can't open the windows and there is no air vent in the bathroom so ventilation was a problem for us. We paid over AUD $400 per night for 6 nights and in highsight it was not value for money.
Bed was lush, shower was great.
Lovely hotel,excellent staff
Have no complaints, maybe a better choice in the club lounge
The staff were very miserable and not very welcoming. Spent alot of money and wasnt a friendly place. Apart from the doorman steve who was amazing. We checked out they tried to charge us for stuff we didnt even have once they checked. Realised it was there error and took if off the bill without apologising. Took 30 pounds off of us in case we used mini bar which we didnt and now have to wait 3 days to ger money. Tried to phone hotel once we left and may have left something on room and no one answered phone, phoned several times.
We had club lounge access which was empty needed filling up. Went for continental breakfast no cups no.cutlery complete joke. Had a coffee and left. Very very poor. My city view from my balcony was a courtyard!!!!
