Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, particularly in rooms and bathrooms, with several guests describing dirty or damaged facilities. While the value and atmosphere were sometimes noted positively, the overall experience was often marred by poor maintenance and hygiene. Service was generally seen as helpful, though there were occasional complaints about responsiveness. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and staff, but cleanliness and bathroom conditions need improvement.
