Checkingin was fine, besides the leaking pipe and hole in the wall in registration area. Room 214 was poorly cleaned, No towels to even use the shower. Door dead bolt inoperative, swing lock had clearly been busted before. TV wouldn't turn on, phone in room lit up but no dial tone to even call front desk.
