Horrible service the front desk girl short with dark hair tripled up chatting with the guy in front of me forever. When I complained she canceled my reservation so I went to budget instead for a better rate and faster service anyway

Passenger van

I didn't like anything at all. I made my reservation for a passenger van a couple months in advance, I even kept calling the local office to make sure my van was going to be ready. I even called in 3 days ahead of time, and every time the reps assured me that I didn't have anything to worry about, that my van was going to be there at pickup time. But guess what, I arrived at pickup time ready to get on the road, just to find out that "the manufacturer had issued a recall at the last minute and the clerk could not rent out the vehicle. I explianed that it was critical for me to get the van as I had very important commitments to attend to and needed the vehicle, but the clerk just kept saying "I'm sorry but I can't rent that vehicle". He offered me TWO cars instead, but I needed a van because I only had ONE driver, not two. I did have 2 cars of my own, but the problem was that I only had one driver, that was the whole reason I wanted to rent a van. I will NEVER EVER rent from Enterprise, that was my first and last time I deal with them. I just turned around, called Avis and they had the exact same model and size of a van, and didn't have any problems renting it out to me, and even at a much lower price than Enterprise. From now on I will STRONGLY recommend my family and friends to always rent from Avis and never from Enterprise.

Pros:

That the on-site office at the hotel, that we did not know was there, was easily able change our car pick up to her office from the airport. Saved us so much time! And that she was willing to do it!

Cons:

It was a simple and easy process which was refreshing and greatly appreciated. I really couldn’t have asked for anything to be better.
