Pros: Spacious room, equipped with a separate kitchenette. Excellent breakfast, with a broad selection of different food. Perfect location for those who intend to do a trekking into the Jasmund Park. Sassnitz is pretty and less crowed than other places (probably because of the lack of beaches)
Cons: One of the two people at the reception doesn't speak English

Pros: Very good breakfast Good location for taking boat to Bornholm
Cons: Bed a little hard, but that is personal opinion
Pros: Wonderful stay in an clean comfortable room at this little cozy hotel. Will come back for sure. Good breakfast, parking in the backyard and easy check in.
Pros: The hotel is comfortable enough. Our room was spaciuos, we had all of we need.
Cons: Our room was on the ground floor exactly above place of smoking and we couldn't have window open. And all time we had to curtains shut down because every could look through. Room 4.
Pros: Excellent hotel, we were given a very nice room (better than expected), breakfast was great, and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was very good and we were given some beers and snacks free of charge. Sauna available but we didn't use it. Proximity very close to the Jasmund national park.
Pros: The room was very large, with two single beds moved together. Has a TV and even a tablet which could be used for internet browsing. Good sound isolation. The bathroom was clean, nice shower cabine with a good water pressure. The continental breakfast had a lot of offers, but was not changing much during the two days of our stay. The hotel has a sauna, opened from 10 till 18.
Cons: Unfortunately, couldn’t enjoy the sauna as it was closing at 6 pm. Would be nice to have a bit longer working time.

Pros: View from the room, the balcony, sitting area, breakfast room
Cons: Bed could have been firmer
Pros: Located just by the sea, it’s a very nice choice for everyone looking for a place to stay in Sassnitz. Staff was really helpful and friendly towards us and our dog.
Pros: Perfect location, amazing city!
Pros: Really great of view of the see which is the best thing in this hotel. Good location, nice Staff, paper tissues in the room, good however limited breakfast. Free parking not very far from the hotel.
Cons: The view from the hotel room is also: rubbish bins, old sched being the extention of the balcony fully covered with roofing paper producing bad smell. In our case the roofing paper was at the level of the balcony relling so we couldn't use the balcony practically. Bad lighting of the room. Refrigerator which was in fact a tourist refrigerator that you can plug in into your car instead of a real refrigerator listed as the equipment in the room. Besides in the room we had a smell of old, dusty, never washed fabrics. Our bathroom was for handicapped people – a shower without walls around, just a curtain, we had to be really careful not to have whole bahroom floor in water.
Pros: good location, even if not in the center of Sassnitz, but the view on the sea is great and this part of Sassnitz is beautiful; there are restaurants not too far. Buffet breakfast is very good and we had it outside, which was great (sunny beautiful weather). The room is not very large but is extremely clean and there are a small balcony with chairs and a kettle. Free parking available. Very welcoming lady at the reception. Very quiet and birds singing in the morning !
Cons: the parking place was at a few hundreds meters so you have to come and leave your luggage and go back to the parking lot. It is better if you know a little of German as people at the reception are not very fluent in English.

Pros: Close to water
Cons: Could not see water because worst room in the hotel, which I suspect was not the one I booked. There was no reception, no breakfast, no bath soap or shampoo, no housekeeping. Nowhere even to get fresh towels. Maybe this was somehow part of the deal and this is some kind of German category of hotel I don't understand, but I expected a room at an actual hotel and this did not seem to be one.
Pros: Excellent apartment with a fantastic balcony overlooking the see the see

Pros: Great value for money and nice staff.
Pros: Very good for the price, just in the center. Very clean! Very friendly staff!
Pros: The hotel itself is a standard 3 star hotel, everything works here as it should. Quiet location, nice view from the windows. Rich good breakfast. The room was not large but sufficient for the stay. The hotel offers nice sea view for a surcharge. However we had a great view from the restaurant placed in the top floor during the breakfast for free . Hotel offers free bike storage in the garage. 5 minutes walk to enter the promenade with many nice restaurants.
Pros: Breakfast room, breakfast was delicious, the room was very quiet
Cons: We had a little bit of a hassle with the parking but with the help of the receptionist we managed.
Pros: Looks much better from the inside
Cons: Looks really bad from the outside, I've heard it might be a designated heritage site which might make restauration really expensive ...
Pros: Location, view from breakfast room on 9th floor. The care taken for the renovation (making the best of an older building).
Cons: NO WIFI ! Must use outside Telekom or Vodafone hotspot. Weak signals. Could login to Telekom, but speed was about 0. Only once I have had good speed for a short while (in the middle of the night). Could not login to Vodafone, signal too weak ? Not very soundproof, could hear neighbors quite well....
Pros: Very good breakfast with many choices. Nice wiew from breakfastroom. Liked the wiew from the room too, but better higher up. Clean and bright room. Access to indoor poolarea. Beds good.

Pros: Great big rooms, family room with bunk beds in separate room
Cons: Location was a bit out of the way
Cons: There was issues with the keyboxes. They had of some reason mixed the boxes and more than one guest had same box and same code. Not easy to solve in midnight time.
Pros: In a quite wooded area.
Cons: There is no service to speak off and at the rate of EUR199 for a family room or EUR149 for a standard double, it is definitely not cheap.
Pros: Good price / perfect service
Pros: We have stayed here one night only. There is nothing to complain about - nice, helpfull staff, decent breakfast, quiet place. Maybe not visually compelling. Nice terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast on sunny morning.
Cons: Due to the company's policy that I do not understand, I did not sleep at the Hotel Staphel, but at the Hotel Konigsline. That's why I can't write a review for the Staphel hotel. However, I can say that I do not recommend, because the customer is treated as an object and reservations are not binding on the hotel. In addition, very poor contact with the customer service office in Hotels. A good breakfast is a plus. Greetings to Mrs. Angelika.
Pros: Nice people and atmosphere, the breakfast was simple but nice and the internet quality very good.
