Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the breakfast variety and quality, as well as the peaceful, natural location of the hotel, which many found ideal for relaxation and family trips. However, several reviews highlighted recurring issues with cleanliness in rooms and common areas, with specific mentions of dirty windows, floors, and linens. Service was also criticized, particularly regarding slow or inattentive staff and unmet requests. While some found the beds comfortable, others reported problems such as sagging mattresses. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its tranquil setting and breakfast, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
