Cons (-) A blanket was stained and we had to ask twice to get it replaced. The mirror in the room had a strange substance on it. Went to breakfast after 9 and they said that breakfast was over. We left the building at 10 and someone was cooking waffles. Did we miss breakfast or was it still going on?
