No hot water. None. I took the coldest shower of my adult life. It is not a water volume issue, it is a plumbing issue. The room was clean so I give them credit for that, but it was very worn. Front desk assistance not there a lot of the time. Thus hotel normally goes fir $69/ night. I paid $240 due to it being parents weekend. Definitely not worth that.

Pros (+) Staff are courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) Bathrooms were dirty. The ceiling fan was clogged with lint and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. It was gross. And on top of that the hot water heater had gone out and my teenager and I had to take a cold shower. Now that sucks!!!

Cons (-) Bed was a little firm and the pillows flat but I slept good because of the awesome time I had with my grandkids for Easter.

Pros (+) This hotel was very clean. They just replaced a bunch of furniture in the rooms. Swimming pool and area were very clean and always had towels. The staff was incredibly nice.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like was at breakfast there was a man (not staff) hitting flies with a swatter. That was very gross.
