Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location and beautiful views, especially of the marina and port. Many found the rooms clean and some noted spaciousness and comfort, particularly when they had marina views. The staff received mixed reviews, with several guests describing friendly and helpful service, while others encountered unhelpful or brusque receptionists. The bathrooms and some room furnishings were frequently described as dated or in need of renovation, with complaints about small or old bathrooms, and some issues with noise and parking convenience. Overall, the location and views are the standout positives, while updates to facilities and service consistency could improve the experience.
