Cons (-) Charging money because the house keepers thought you were doing something, even though you weren't.

Pros (+) The service was very friendly and helpful!
Cons (-) The bathtub drained super slowly (rm 110), so it made showering a bit unpleasant as I was up to my ankles in lukewarm water. Room smelled a bit dingy... toiletries were super cheap to the point where I didn't really feel clean after using them in the shower.
