Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, often going out of their way to accommodate guest needs. Many reviewers found the beds comfortable and the rooms generally clean, though some noted issues with dated decor and occasional cleanliness lapses. Breakfast was frequently mentioned, with opinions ranging from basic to excellent. Some guests highlighted minor inconveniences such as small or inaccessible elevators, inconsistent room amenities, and occasional maintenance issues, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
