The breakfast was anemic and disorganized on Sunday morning; items that were available on Saturday morning were missing, two trash cans were full to overflowing and not emptied so guests started leaving their trash on the tables. The hot tub, which had been there on a previous visit, had been cemented in. The pool was cold. The water cooler in the gym was empty and the water fountain in the lobby was inoperable.
Cons. I do not care with dealing with Kayak. The room cosy more than if I had booked it direct also Kayak failed to pay the hotel on a timely manner and I was double billed
