Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful, and several appreciated the convenient location. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many, with reports of dirty rooms, stained furniture, and unclean carpets. The lack of included breakfast and issues with the pool and hot tub were also frequently mentioned negatives. While some guests enjoyed comfortable beds and a good atmosphere, the overall impression was mixed due to recurring cleanliness and amenity issues.
