The room was very cold and the heating system made an irritating whirring sound so we couldn’t keep it on.

The hotel and the Spa facilities were very good, the hotel is located a short walk from the Opera House and therefore very central. I would definitely recommend having a massage in the Spa.
The water in the shower room was lukewarm - there was no hot water.
