Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and visit key attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and personalized recommendations, contributing greatly to positive experiences. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, and several guests highlighted comfortable rooms. However, many reviews noted significant issues with the parking facilities, describing them as very tight and difficult to use. Bathrooms, especially those with separated toilet and bathing areas, were a frequent source of dissatisfaction due to their layout and maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, particularly for location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
