Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for visits to the city center and the zoo. Cleanliness and friendly, helpful service were also highlighted as strong positives. However, many guests noted significant street and tram noise, especially in rooms facing the street or when windows were open. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others wishing for more variety. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for short stays, with comfortable, clean rooms and excellent access to public transport.
