The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They are committed to keeping the noise down which was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable with nice decor. The beds were comfortable. I even left my jacket there and they have been so helpful making arrangements to get it back to me.

Pros (+) The room served its purpose was for us to crash and sleep. It had a Sofa bed which was a plus. The staff was awesome and the To-Go Breakfast delivered to the door, was awesome. Keep in mind this isn't a 5 star breakfast, so don't set your expectation too high, but it was good, and put something in your belly to get going.
Cons (-) The location could have been a bit closer to the "Action" but was actually pretty good.

Pros (+) They were very accommodating of the dog that we had putting the two rooms next to each other. It was a great low cost room to see the lights for Leavenworth. We would stay here again.

Pros (+) We traveled with 3 small children and we were very comfortable in our room. Our kids enjoyed the cookies, hot cocoa and cider available all day in the office. The staff was friendly and helpful. We are definitely planning to come back next year!

Pros (+) Large room and staff was very helpful and nice. Room had a good air conditioner. Tv and DVD player worked well. Despite the place being almost fully booked, couldn't hear other people i.e. Walking by, talking etc.
Cons (-) The price, the sink in our bedroom sprayed everywhere (all over counter) and I think they need to be harsher on people who are smoking on the balcony.
