Pros: Location was easy to find and close to the beautiful marina where we had activities with friends. Check in was easy and we were told of a delightful ice cream spot called Sweet Retreat that we managed 3 stops to in our 3 days. It was colorful, friendly and delicious. Large, lighted garden with outside seating in the back with a koi pond and music. Our short actual time in the hotel was very pleasant.

Cons: The walls seem very thin, maybe I'm just not used to 'apartment style' living, but the gentlemen next door was quite audible when snoring or moving.

Our demand for a easy room for walker was well noted and we had the special room with handicap bathroom. No breakfast but the price was the lowest we found in the town

Cons: Not a very friendly greeting. The window covering was an old set of vertical drapes with each panel a different length and reused from old ones. The bed was extremely high to get into, I had to use a low side table to step on. The picture in the room still had the corner protectors and plastic wrap on it. No coffee in room or office. No extras.
