The Hilton Grand vacations is a great hotel with brilliant facilities & very comfortable. Resort fees are one of the lowest for hotels on the Las Vegas strip. At the quieter end of the Strip & no casino. Great Pool area with pool towels, gym & other leisure facilities. Complimentary use of laundry facilities (washing machines & tumble dryers). Safe in room. Location is good as Duece bus stop directly outside the hotel to take you up & down the Strip, just ask staff for directions.
The only let down about the Hilton is the sales team of the timeshare/vacation timeshare, which they get you into with a gift if you don’t mind losing a minimum 2 hours of your holiday for a sales presentation & want a free gift then go to it but it’s not worth it. It really lets the Hilton name down. Very pushy sales team very nice until you ask questions & want more information on what you could be buying in to. Who makes a property purchase with out reading the small print, but they won’t allow it, they say they have nothing for you to read for you to make an informed decision. Just look on the internet & read the reviews of people who have made the mistake of buying into this scheme. You look around the room it’s the same ploy by each sales person showing each couple photos of their family on their phone, asking you about your family etc. Then they try & make you feel silly about not buying into the timeshare scheme with quotes like “it’s a no brainier!”. Just avoid this part of the hotel & enjoy what you’ve paid for.
The staff never opened the doors to our car at the entrance.
we were scammed by one of the Hilton staff Janeen. she offered us 115usd for tickets to cirque de soleil but charged us usd290. she said we will get the money back after we see the show AND attend their "timesharing" offer. we DID watch the show and spent 3hours of our time listening to their "timesharing" tactics, BUT until now we still did not get a refund! what a disgrace to all of Hilton! give us our money back. your representatives never got back to us after complaining. it's a shame a big company like you scams us middle class

We had a 2 bdrm King Suite, which was great. Very clean and all up to date appliances. There were several things to love about this room.
Only that it's a little distance from the main strip,
The two-tower structure of Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip is off the typical tourist radar because it's well-known for being a timeshare property that regular travelers fail to consider. This hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a quieter Las Vegas experience.
This Hilton hotel is located on its own 10-acre property at the northern end of the Strip. The only action within a short walk from the hotel is the Circus Circus, a hotel-casino combo homes to several eateries. The hotel is within a five-minute walk from the SLS Las Vegas and right next to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. A 20-minute walk, or five-minute ride, leads guests to Treasure Island and the Fashion Show Mall. Caesar’s Palace, the Mirage, the Palazzo, and the Venetian are farther away but still very accessible.
The hotel offers spacious and tasteful studios and one, two, and three-bedroom suites. Studios will give guest extra sleeping and dining room, as well as a kitchenette with cooking necessities, a mini fridge, and washer and dryer. Standard amenities in all rooms include flat-screen TVs, DVD players, iPod docks, and free Wi-Fi.
With an outdoor focus, the hotel features two attractive outdoor pools, three hot tubs, one of being adult-only, a seasonal poolside bar and grill, lobby bar, the Marketplace, and a spa with a variety of treatments. Other wellness features include a fitness room, basketball court, and tennis court.
A large part of guests are timeshare-owning families who are part of the Hilton Grand Vacations network, or business travelers or conventioneers who want to be near the Las Vegas Convention Center.
