We arrived late in the evening after a 10-hour drive only to be notified AT CHECK-IN, that the hot water was shut off in the entire building for 48 hours. So after a long day of traveling we wouldn’t be getting a nice warm shower before bed, nor would we be able to wake up refreshed with a shower unless we wanted to go military mode.
