Pros: All I needed was a clean bed and a hot shower, and found it! I was a little leery about staying at a Motel 8. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The reception area was small, but well organized. The front desk personnel were efficient. The room and bathroom was clean. Even some of the furniture, electronics, and appliances appeared recently updated. The decor was slightly dated, but appeared well-kept. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The bed and linens were very good, not worn out like you see at some places. The room was very well cared for and the staff was quite friendly. The Mexican restaurant right next to the motel was one of the best I’ve even been to and my wife and I have been to many.

Cons: Wi-fi signal wasn't strong/fast enough to stream movies and music, though I've had that same problem at much more expensive hotels. Could have used an additional shampoo/conditioner packet. I packed light on toiletries since I was driving one direction, and flying back.

Cons: There was hair on both beds pillowcases and sheets. It looked like animal hair, but I don't think they changed the sheets. Also, our heater didn't work. They had no extra rooms so they had to give us a space heater and extra blankets. NOT WYNDHAM STANDARD

Cons: I have no idea how this hotel got such a high rating. It is absolutely awful. It reeks of cold smoke. Even though we had a non smoking room. The rooms are out dated. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. The bathroom full of mold. I don't think the sheets were actually clean/fresh. We didn't even bother to try the breakfast cause it was right next to the entrance door and didn't look appealing at all. Like the coffee was just tan looking water. We all had rashes after sleeping in the room. Safe your money and go somewhere else. I wish we would have had time to do more research.
