Pros (+) The facility was good, clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) We asked if late check out was a possibility and was told by the front desk staff that 1pm was the latest without a extra charge. We returned to the hotel at 12:08pm to get our stuff from the room. We got to our room and our keys wouldn't open our door.
